Wanting to get out and shoot some more, I thought of a small park that I pass every day going to/from work. It’s called Fly’n B Park. It is a park surrounding a small house built in 1906 which became engulfed in the suburban growth of Highlands Ranch. It remains today as a historical building.
Since it is literally right on my way home from work, I figured I’d stop by one day. So I did. Luckily for me, there was no one else at the park, because as I mentioned in my previous post, I hate taking pictures with people around. It’s weird. After wandering around the park for a bit, I concluded that the best shot was right at the house, at the edge of the parking lot. As opposed to the first time I went out, this time the sunset decided to give off at least a little color for me. The best shot I got (see the top of this post) was literally taken 5 feet away from my car, looking back at the house, with some reflections off the windows. I think it turned out nice. Not the best, but again I saw improvement.
